When Colleen and I first discussed her wedding flowers she said they were doing maize and blue, and wanted it to be a sophisticated and elegant version. They perfectly combined an elegant, classic aesthetic at the University of Michigan Museum of Art with fun, spirited touches of Michigan and Ann Arbor. And oh my goodness, that dress!! Thank you Colleen and Jeff for letting me be a part of your wedding day! Beautiful, joyful images by the very talented Heather Jowett - thank you, Heather for sharing these with me!!
Colleen's bouquet featured white peonies, garden roses, freesias, pale yellow parrot tulips, and white cymbidium orchids with very pale yellow throats. Silver dollar eucalyptus and dusty miller added a splash of texture. Oh, that dress!
The reception centerpieces featured glass compote dishes filled with white hydrangea and freesia and pale yellow garden roses and white mini cymbidium orchids.
